Our Story:
Created by Anandan and Laura, multicultural couple from Spain and India, Samudra Yoga is an space and community dedicated to spirituality and self-growth through Yoga, mantra, music, art and more.
The word Samudra, in essence, means gathering together of waters, unity of oceans.
We host, organise and curate holistic retreats, workshops and off/on live sessions, where wellness, nature, learning and community intersect. Most retreats are centred on the subjects of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Our mission is to create or curate safe spaces where you can seed ideas, nurture them to grow, learn from a collaborative community experience, kick-start your healing and wellness journey.
Through healing, yoga, co-learning, experiences and spaces, both transient and permanent, on or off the grid, we are building a vibrant, high vibrational community.

Giorgia जियोर्जिया — Massage
Therapist • Yoga Teacher
“I have always had an interest in body exploration through movement and observation, this led me first to train as a Medical Massage Therapist and then as a Yoga teacher (Hata, Vinyasa, Yin).
The body is a wonderful vehicle through which we can explore the world around us and at the same time it is the “temple” that hosts us.
Bringing corporeal knowledge into the practice of yoga allows me to deepen my understanding of the asanas from a physical point of view, which goes hand in hand with the spiritual dimension.
Presence, meditation and silence are for me the key to transformation and perpetual growth and self-knowledge. I like to dedicate myself to sharing what I have learned with people who come along my path.”
