RETREAT IN BALI
4 Day Silence Retreat:
Vipassana & Mindfulness Meditation

ABOUT THIS RETREAT
This retreat invites those longing for deeper connection and inner stillness. In the sacred space of silence, presence becomes the doorway to self-realization. Through Vipassanā meditation, gentle yoga, nature walks, and mindful living, you’ll explore the nature of your mind and awaken clarity, balance and peace.
For those feeling restless or distant, this is a space to return, to yourself, to calm, to truth. Over four days, guided practices lead you gently inward, into the quiet intelligence that lives beneath all experience.
This is a fully tech-free retreat, all devices will be safely stored for the duration.
A monthly Meeting in Stillness at Yogis Garden Bali.
VIPASSANA MEDITATION
The meditation taught in this retreat follows the Theravāda Buddhist lineage of Venerable Mahāsi Sayadaw. It is a path of direct experience, observing sensations, thoughts and emotions as they arise and pass.
Through this simple yet profound awareness, we learn to see reality as it is, cultivating clarity, balance, and compassion.
Vipassanā is not about escaping life, but awakening presence within it.

His journey began at the age of seven, attending temple yoga sessions with his family, a sacred introduction that ignited a lifelong dedication to self-realization and holistic living. Rooted in the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga, Naturopathy, and Yoga Therapy, Anandan’s approach integrates ancient wisdom with practical tools for modern life.
Through his calm presence and intuitive understanding of alignment, breath and energy, he guides students toward balance, vitality and inner freedom.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS:

Laura Rodenas, rooted in the Vipassanā lineage of Venerable Mahasi Sayadaw and the Vedānta teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga under Swamiji Taponidhi, embodies a rare synthesis of depth, stillness, and embodied presence.
Her journey into yoga began in childhood, guided by her grandmother’s gentle wisdom and devotion. At sixteen, her uncle opened the doorway to Sufi and Buddhist teachings, planting the seeds of a lifelong inner quest. This search for truth led her to live among monks and nuns in monasteries across Sri Lanka, India, and Spain, and to study in Indian ashrams with revered teachers such as B.N.S. Iyengar, Yogacharya Kadambari, Swami Taponidhi and Vijay Kumar.
Through years of self-inquiry, devotion, and silence, Laura came to the luminous realization that everything we seek is already within us, we only need to remember. Her presence carries the clarity of mindfulness and the grace of embodied awareness, guiding students into direct experience rather than conceptual understanding.
Through silence, meditation, and gentle yet profound guidance, Laura invites students to awaken inner wisdom, dissolve identification with the mind, and rest in the natural peace of being. Though the spirit of seeking remains an intimate part of her essence, she now dedicates her life to supporting others on their journey of self-realization and inner freedom.
OUR PAST STUDENTS:
Past Retreats:
We have been hosting and curating Silence Retreats since 2023. Our first gathering took place in the serene Blue Mountains of Australia, a space that set the tone for deep stillness and heartfelt connection. Since 2024, Bali holds us in her lush embrace, where we continue to offer a safe and sacred space for sincere seekers to rest, reflect and return to inner silence.

"A Life-Changing Experience"
"I came to the Silence Retreat with no prior experience in yoga or meditation, and it transformed my life. Four days without phones or distractions gave me the rare chance to reconnect with my inner self. Laura and Anand guided us with such warmth, through yoga, walking and candlelit meditations, all held in a beautiful shala surrounded by nature. The setting, nourishing vegetarian meals, and genuine care from everyone made it an unforgettable, deeply healing experience. I returned home with clarity, peace and joy. If you come with an open heart, your life will be changed."
