Join Anand and Laura in a deeply embodied healing retreat devoted to stress release, nervous system regulation and trauma-informed somatic practices.

The hips are more than joints, they are the body’s emotional vault, often holding years of tension, suppressed emotions, and survival responses shaped by stress and past experiences. In this retreat, the hips and pelvis become a gateway to release, regulation, and renewed vitality.

Through therapeutic yoga, somatic hip opening, conscious breathwork, Mind Sound Resonance Technique (MSRT), Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), sound, and Yoga Nidra, you are invited to gently unwind chronic tension and support the nervous system in returning to balance. Rather than forcing release, practices are slow, progressive, and deeply respectful of the body’s own rhythm and intelligence.

Mind Sound Resonance Technique (MSRT) uses internal sound, vibration, and guided awareness to calm the mind, harmonize the nervous system, and induce deep parasympathetic activation. As the mind settles and the body feels safe, stored tension in the hips, psoas, and pelvic region can safely discharge, without needing to revisit the story, allowing space for clarity, ease, and emotional relief to emerge.

​Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) will be introduced, activating the body’s natural tremor response to safely discharge deep-held tension, especially in the pelvic and psoas region. This powerful somatic tool supports the nervous system in releasing stress without needing to revisit the story, allowing for a profound sense of relief and renewal.

This retreat is also an adventure into joy. As regulation deepens and the nervous system stabilizes, joy arises naturally as lightness, presence, play, and aliveness, not as something to chase, but as something remembered.
