Trauma-Informed Yoga | Embodied Wisdom & Nervous System Intelligence

100h Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP)

10  Days residential Retreat
in BALI

Take your practice and teaching into a deeper, more responsible dimension.
This training is an invitation to refine how you understand the body, the nervous system, and lived experience through the lens of traditional Eastern philosophy and contemporary trauma-informed practice.

A journey of integration and discernment, where presence becomes the primary tool. Through classical yoga, somatic awareness, sound, breath, and ethical facilitation, we explore how to navigate physical tension, emotional patterns, and mental conditioning without force, catharsis, or bypass.

We will enter the living landscape of the nervous system, fascia, joints, breath, and perception, exploring how trauma, stress, and adaptation shape the way we move, feel, and relate. Stillness and movement are approached as equally intelligent gateways to regulation, clarity, and embodied trust.

This is a deep immersion into embodiment as responsibility.

Learning how to listen, respond, and teach with precision and humility.
